Job Description: – Will issue invoices for rent, utilities, and guarantees;- Will follow up the outstanding invoices; make all the diligence in order to cash in the amounts;- Will inform the landlord in relation with the debtors; send reports regarding the unpaid invoices;- Will send Notifications to the tenants regarding the debts;-Will follow-up the suppliers invoices;- Will make Payments to the suppliers up to due dates;-Will follow-up and update the guarantees issue by the tenants in favor of the landlord;- Will follow-up and update the insurance policy of the building- Will follow-up and update the rental contract (indexation of rent, guarantees, service charge)- Will keep close touch with the Financial Administration, Direction of Local taxes, Bureau of Statistics;-Will keep close touch with the tenants and reconcile the balances;- Will check the trial balance, prepared by the accounting company; – Will prepare the monthly financial reports for the landlord;- Will prepare the service charge report and present this report to the landlord and tenants;- Will keep close touch with the auditors and prepare all the reports for the audit;- Will keep in touch with the Landlord representatives and prepare all reports required; – Will keep close touch with the Banks and perform any operation related to bank (deposits, interest negotiation, payments in RON and currency, currency exchange rate negotiations)

Requirements: – Client focused -Strong knowledge of tax and accounting; -Strong written and verbal communication skills-Multitasking and Time Management Skills -Ability to work independently with little supervision, as well as part of a team- Good English command – Prior experience in financial services for clients would be a plus- Reliability and punctuality- Stateliness- Intelligence, learning capacity and foundation solve the problems
